One survivor remembers questions
1.The scenes that impacted me the most were the ones towards the end when they were in the abandoned bicycle shop and and man came inside and saw all the sick bodies and faces. It made me realize how real and serious this situations were. These scenes gave me a good representation of what happened back then.
2. Nazis dehumanize Jews by killing them and sending them to camps. She stuck with her friends. Her friends helped her and that one police officer.
3.I would fantasize about how every morning my mom makes me breakfast and is going out to eat. And coming home from school. I take a lot of things taken for granite, such as my parents and my family.
4. I can see persecution happening today when people in jail are innocent and they are killing them for doing nothing wrong. I can see people who are also getting bullied being persecuted. We can stand up to one another. and stop bullying.
5. The hero's in this film are Gerda Weissman and her husband. They fought through this terrible time of war. I can help by trying not to start fights and making peace at my school.
